Amazing in every way. Definitely recommend! You must come here! They save my life literally. Best money I spend with my paycheck and excellent value. Max the owner is always wonderful to me. Can't praise this business enough.

You cannot beat their price. 60 minutes for 50 bucks. Amazing reflexology/lymphatic drainage massage includes complementary hot towel, foot soak, and hot stones. Again I repeat the price is phenomenal. Any other place you go and get this services your spending upwards of 150-200 or more. If you are conversational and want to be able to talk with your therapist this is not the place for you. These guys dont speak English.

Always a beautiful experience. They are very respectful and compassionate. The Environment is relaxing and soothing. The energy of the massage and foot soak takes you to a beautiful energy outside of time and space. I leave feeling renewed, detoxified and inspired to complete my human task for the rest of the day. Excellent experience at RG Foot Spa. Just what you need if your feet are not great. They also massage head, shoulders,arms and hands but primarily feet and calves. Mia was great. Generous tipping is a must given the very reasonable price ($54) and the physical effort of the masseuse

Excellent very professional warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door and I suggest you walk in quietly because its so serene. You have customers there already so come in quietly and keep the Zen going The service is fabulous. The staff is beautiful and Max usually meets you at the door and he is so full of grace and wonderful. And they extend very warm courtesies like a bottle of water after your spa time which is very refreshing they try not to overbook, which is hard because that is the spot to go. Feel like a new person when you leave.

Oh my God this was the best massage Ive had in all my life. I took my son. We had a joint massage full body for 90 minutes. It was amazing. They rubbed from the top of your head to the top of your toes and I felt so relaxed. My back has been hurting me for a few days and now I am Pain-free. Had a wonderful massage 10 stars very nice place clean and very nice people. My daughter-in-law took her mother for Mothers Day. I took my son for his birthday. I want to go once a week

OMG. My daughter took me today. It was amazing. I had a pinched nerve and knots in my upper back muscles. They worked the knots out and the pinched nerve is almost gone. Got the 90 minute massage for a first time visit and it was well worth the money spent. Masseuse was thorough and worked on pain points that have been giving me discomfort.

A friend of mine suggested to go to the Foot Spa and I'm glad I listened to the suggestion! I book the Combo Reflexology and body work and I loved it, left feeling really good. The staff is super nice too and the massage rooms are lovely. Will definitely make it my monthly treat!

Customer service is impeccable! I was able to come right in, my experience was wonderful, I felt like a new person afterwards. Being a nurse on my feet 12-13 hours a night for several shifts really takes a toll on my body but they definitely relieved a lot of that stress!! Ill be coming once a week!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO RG FOOTSPA FAITHFULLY EVERY WEEK OR TWO WEEKS FOR THE LAST 6 PLUS YEARS. I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT. Worth every dollar spent and I MAKE sure I tip. I do understand that tips are not mandatory BUT I have always felt that when I receive a great service it is proper to tip. Other states restaurants, etc MAKE it a requirement. Customers will run a person back firth, receive great service and say it's their job. However I do understand that places where tips are in place they are paid according to that. I HAVE ZERO problem with it and have received NOTHING but great service the last 6 plus Years. I budget for it. Thanks again max

Ive had a wonderful experience time & time again! If asked to share my favorite massage within 30-45 of Cleveland I would 100% pick RG foot spa. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are always extremely polite and do a phenomenal job. I always leave much more relaxed and cannot believe how much of a reduction I see in a migraine after visiting.

I've always had great massages and professionalism at this place. I have always left a tip. Tips are showing gratitude on a service provided. The prices are definitely competitive. It was disappointing to see the review that an individual posted not giving a tip. Smh...Also, I do not agree anyone asking for a tip. If a service is preform the minimum tip is 10%. If you can't afford to pay 10% give what you have or wait until you can afford to tip.

That was the best foot massage ever!!! I also appreciated the rest of the attention paid to my full body while my feet were soaking, oh, and that scalp massage was top tier! One tip, ladies, do not go with a fresh hairdo lol because they massage your scalp, and the product is wet.

Went in December'23 for the first time with a few girlfriends to enjoy ourselves and it was a good experience. After I brought my 17 y.o. to try a massage for the back, she complained about pain after sport at school. And next thing we booked it for 1 h. with my husband for St. Valentines. 5 visits for me and my family only in 2 month says a lot good about Rg foot spa. Well organized, cosy, affordable place with a great relaxing massage!

Best bang for your buck massage in the area! For the 60 min massage, theyll spend 30 mins on your feet and 30 mins on the rest of your body. Ive been 4-5 times over the past few years, and the massages are consistently good quality with strong pressure applied (unlike some places - even ones that cost double this - where the experience is hit or miss).

My husband and I just left RG Foot Spa. What a wonderful experience! We had a gift certificate for two foot massages. I was expecting just a foot massage but I also got a full body massage with my clothes on. The therapist did an excellent job but I wish I knew ahead of time because I would have worn a tee shirt and yoga pants. The room was very clean and the heated table was very comfortable.

After experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back and neck. I took prescribed pain medication but, it failed me. So I stop by and got a message at RG Foot Spa. Boy! was I impressed with Michael he was attentive, gentle, and relieved me of all my pain. I plan on returning in the near future. I highly recommend RG Foot Spa.

Best massage I have ever had...and I get massages every month!

Wong was absolutely amazing. I had 90 minutes and he started with the head and shoulders. Then the feet and legs. Then the back and finally ending with the back of the head.

My sinuses cleared up and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Incredible value at $75!!!

I go here at least once a month. They are great! Really helps with my chronic pain and headaches.

$40 for a 1 hour massage. Can't beat that.

And I like a deep pressure massage from my feet to my head. You just have to tell the masseuse to turn-up the pressure on the massage, and you'll get what you ask for.

Also, as of October 2020, the masseuse wears both a mask mask and a clear face shield. I felt very safe there.

They also give you a repeat customer card. Your 10 massage is a freebie.

Lastly, you get a free bottle of water on your way out the door.

They hold the door open for me and it's all on the first floor.

I do have to get over the curb outside.

I think there is a ramp but I get let out in front of their door.

I have been going to RG foot spa for several years, even before the pandemic they were always a very clean place. The staff are courteous and if you have a place you can't or don't want done you can request when scheduling - like 1 hour no back. (I had brain surgery three years ago and had issue with my head being touched for over a year)
I completely recommend them. Pricing and quality are great here.

I was beyond pleased. Nice, clean environment. I was greeted as I entered. I had to wait less than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The foot soak was amazing and the message was great. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing value for massage including hot rocks, heated cushions for the lower back, some Thai style stretching these are all extras at many places. Very vigorous and strong with lots of checking in. Fixed my husbands thrown out back. One note, please leave a tip that reflects the quality of the experience. Workers cant possibly bring back much with these prices. Its the ethical thing to do. You can tip on a credit card which we did but cash is better if you have it also wear a sports bra or tank top if youre a woman so they can reach your upper back and neck easily.

Wow! Awesome experience! This was much more than just a foot massage my neck and shoulders and face and arms and and back were attended to quite nicely. For someone that is on her feet and walking during my everyday job this was excellent! And one thing that I would recommend that the Spy tells people when they're booking appointment is to dress appropriately meaning that you want to wear pants that can either be pulled up above the knee or shorts and that they recommend the clients wear shirts that can be pulled up to expose your back and shirts without long sleeves so that they can get to your shoulders and neck more easily. I would also recommend that the spa I'll let you know when booking your appointment that your face and scalp will also be massaged so that you don't wear makeup that you don't want to get ruined and so that you can bring a hairbrush to fix your hair after the massage. I will definitely be returning! I will also definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Absolutely the most amazing massages ever ever! Great atmosphere - one recommendation- please please elongate the fake plug in fragrances! This is a spa, add essential oils and all Natural organic smells. There is so much heavy heavy fragrance that o can taste it. The plug-ins are in every outlet- in the massage rooms and 2 in the bathroom. There is no need for the overkill of fragrance

Amazing value for massage including hot rocks, heated cushions for the lower back, some Thai style stretching these are all extras at many places. Very vigorous and strong with lots of checking in. Fixed my husbands thrown out back. One note, please leave a tip that reflects the quality of the experience. Workers cant possibly bring back much with these prices. Its the ethical thing to do. You can tip on a credit card which we did but cash is better if you have it also wear a sports bra or tank top if youre a woman so they can reach your upper back and neck easily.

She's not as strong as Max, but she put me to sleep because my body just relaxed So if you need a deep tissue massage Max is the one but if you need to just relax I recommend Lisa!!!! (June 2020)

Clean, professional, relaxing atmosphere. The set up is very comfortable. You sit in a leather reclining chair with your feet soaking in warm water and a hot pillow behind your back. They massage your scalp, arms, and hands. Then your feet and calves. Then you flip over and they work on your back with very deep massage. Wear comfy clothes as you stay completely dressed, besides pushing your pant legs up to your knees. The price can't be beat. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Best massage I have ever had...and I get massages every month!

Wong was absolutely amazing. I had 90 minutes and he started with the head and shoulders. Then the feet and legs. Then the back and finally ending with the back of the head.

My sinuses cleared up and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Incredible value at $75!!!

Four of us came in for the first time today. We had the full 60 minute massage package, and it was just wonderful. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. Don't forget to tip these folks! Very nice of them to offer bottled water after massage, as it is important to hydrate after any massage to flush out toxins. Amazing experience; we'll be back!

I go here at least once a month. They are great! Really helps with my chronic pain and headaches.

$40 for a 1 hour massage. Can't beat that.

And I like a deep pressure massage from my feet to my head. You just have to tell the masseuse to turn-up the pressure on the massage, and you'll get what you ask for.

Also, as of October 2020, the masseuse wears both a mask mask and a clear face shield. I felt very safe there.

They also give you a repeat customer card. Your 10 massage is a freebie.

Lastly, you get a free bottle of water on your way out the door.
